Teladoc Medical Experts’ core services are included in the Hour Bank, Office Supervisory and Retiree Benefit Plans:

– Mental Health Navigator


These services provide members and their eligible dependents with a second medical opinion following a diagnosis or treatment plan for a chronic or serious illness.  They can also assist in locating specialists or treatment facilities and help provide answers to your medical questions.

Parents of eligible employees and spouses are also able to utilize Best Doctors core services.
